Globerisk implements comprehensive monitoring through weekly site visits by area managers using standardised checklists that require client representative signatures. Our quality management includes quarterly staff evaluations aligned with ISO 9001:2015 requirements.

We hold monthly meetings with Client Management and engage in regular interactions with senior management to ensure continuous communication and alignment. Our Compliance Audit Department systematically evaluates service-level agreements using an internal scoring system based on minimum quality standards.

Each guard carries a PTT digital network radio that operates on cellular networks, allowing for nationwide communication and enhanced tracking. We supply clients with detailed site statistics that cover metrics such as arrests, searches, patrol activities, and security incidents.

Globerisk delivers round-the-clock monitoring services through our fully equipped command centre, which has direct links to all major GSM networks. Our systems support SMS, GPRS, USSD, TCP/IP, and contact ID communications, and they are complemented by off-site disaster recovery capabilities.

We regularly analyse all operational electronic equipment to ensure optimal threat detection. Every interaction – verbal, visual, or electronic – is recorded for forensic and auditing purposes. Our operations are regularly audited by SAIDSA and comply with ISO 9001:2015 (SABS) standards.
